I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk staff, especially the supervisor in the pink ao dai, provided excellent customer service. Despite arriving early, she ensured that our rooms were ready promptly at 2 pm. The housekeeping team was incredibly efficient and thorough - they swooped in and tidied up the room in no time. The hotel also offered convenient luggage storage, which was a lifesaver when our flight was delayed. The staff at the reception desk were quick to assist me and provided a room without any hassle. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Plus, the rooftop pool offered stunning views, although it did get a bit noisy due to the construction work in the surrounding skyscrapers.

The hotel's beach facility was a plus, with comfortable chairs, umbrellas and a great view. the wide variety of breakfast options catered to different tastes and preferences, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel's cleaning service was not up to par. the floors were poorly mopped and the shower cabin cleaning was not up the mark.

Great value, efficient and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, rooftop pool with great views, convenient location near the beach.
