Great breakfast, clean rooms, fantastic service, convenient location with nearby mall and restaurants. Front desk and restaurant staff, especially Nilgun and Mehmet, provided outstanding assistance. Luggage storage offered after check-out was a helpful perk. a highly recommended option for a comfortable stay in the area.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and beauty treatments. the staff provided excellent service and we enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers in the garden area.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the breakfast. While it was delicious, the price was quite high compared to other hotels in the area.

Spending Easter at this hotel was a great choice! the staff was warm and welcoming from the start, and the extra attention they gave was a lovely surprise. the complementary breakfast and spa access were just what we needed to kick off our day. the location was also perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

It was quickly resolved by the staff, but it left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
