This hotel is a fantastic find right in the heart of the bustling old quarter. It's the perfect base to explore Hanoi and the rest of Northern Vietnam. The location is ideal, as it is close to bars, shops, and all the action, yet surprisingly quiet at night. You'll have no problem finding local attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife just steps away.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, with no major downsides to mention.

I stayed at Elpis Hotel for a few nights during my visit to the Old Quarter. The staff, especially Jasmin, provided excellent service and helpful tips. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, shops, and tourist attractions. The manager and receptionist were welcoming and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Spent my New Year at this hotel. Loved the friendly staff, they offered some great local tips and were always willing to help. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. the room was clean and comfortable and had a fantastic shower. I appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning, I particularly enjoyed the wide range of hot and cold options available.

Although the hotel was great, there was no lift and I had to climb a lot of stairs to get to my room. This was not a big issue for me but I can imagine it being a challenge for people with mobility issues.
