Incredible hospitality, luxe interiors, gorgeous rooms, fantastic value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

It was all superb.

The hotel had great amenities and excellent service. The staff were always willing to help and very accommodating. We enjoyed the delicious food and the pool was always clean. The location was also great, as it was within walking distance to the beach and several shops. we had a great city break at this hotel and would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak and the communication with the staff was sometimes difficult due to language barriers. However, this did not take away from our overall positive experience.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to check us in. The new and beautiful rooms had a luxurious decor, making our stay feel extra special. The lake view was stunning, creating a beautiful and convenient setting for our travels. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start our day, and the pool provided a relaxing spot to unwind.

The hotel lacked sufficient English speaking staff, which made special requests somewhat challenging at times.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the luxurious amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and swimming pool. the spa treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating, and the swimming pool area provided a perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. the outdoor view was breathtaking. the restaurant served exceptional dishes and the staff was always courteous and helpful.

this did not affect our overall experience, and the staff made up for it with their outstanding service.

Luxe interiors, welcoming staff, gorgeous rooms, and good value. Clean and comfortable with a nice ocean view. Close to the sailing club and malls. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, parking, and the hall. Okay breakfast.
