I had a wonderful stay at Immana Grand Inle. The location was perfect, and the hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. They were able to arrange transportation and tours for me, making it very convenient. Even though I had a small single room, it was comfortable and suited the reasonable price I paid. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. The pool was a nice place to relax after a busy day, and the bar had reasonable prices. The staff even went above and beyond when my boyfriend got sick and assisted us in finding a doctor and a way to get to Yangon if needed. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.

The staff were excellent! They went out of their way to be helpful and were so lovely and friendly and accommodating. The service was fantastic. Our room was serviced every day and new water provided daily. The breakfast had a good selection of different foods, hot and cold. The pool was very clean and there was an outdoor bar area with comfy sun loungers in a pretty garden area. Location is 10min walk to town and the free use of bicycles was great to go out to dinner with. The trip they booked us on the lake was excellent. They also booked us a taxi to the airport with an excellent driver.

The hotel is conveniently located near a winery, making it easy to explore and enjoy some local wine. The staff were helpful in organizing a cheap taxi to the nearby winery. The location is close to the center, allowing easy access to everything without the noise.

The pool area could use some improvements, such as more seating options and better visibility of the pool chairs.

The manager's assistance was invaluable, helping with organizing food for the orphanage and day trip tickets. The staff provided 5-star service, being extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. The property was well situated and clean, and the breakfast was exceptional with a wide selection, even for vegetarians. The hotel also offered free bicycle rentals. a great stay with excellent value for money.
