My room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety of Western and Asian food. The location was second-to-none. I’d recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the spa and wellness center were top-notch, offering a range of treatments such as body wraps and facials that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. the rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding area. the restaurant also impressed me with high-quality cuisine, and outdoor dining area was a perfect place to enjoy a meal. the location was also ideal, within walking distance of major attractions.

the poolside snack bar was understaffed, leading to long wait times for service.

We spent a fantastic Easter weekend at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. the rooftop bar had breathtaking views of the city skyline, which made for the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a sunset cocktail. the hotel's central location meant we were just a short walk away from all the major attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for us to explore the city.

the customer service was not up to par, as some staff members seemed disinterested and were not very attentive to our needs. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was still enjoyable.
