The hotel I stayed in during my Christmas holidays was a real gem. the place had excellent staff service, always welcoming and helpful, providing the best hospitality. On arrival, they greeted us a welcome drink and helped us with our baggage. They offer a sauna and steam room, which was exactly what I needed to unwind by the end of the day. the location of the hotel was great, not too close to the touristic places, which gave us a sense of intimacy, but also not too far to the main attractions, just a short taxi ride.

Honestly, my experience at this hotel was fantastic overall, and I have nothing much to complain about. the only thing that could be improved was the breakfast service.
