We appreciated the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location just on the outskirts of the busy strip, and the helpful staff. the free patio on the 7th and 8th floor offered stunning views, and the breakfast was enjoyable. the hotel's proximity to lovely beaches and being close to the city center but in a more tranquil part of town were major highlights for us.

No faults whatsoever.

Our recent family stay at the Rustic House was absolutely delightful. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a beautiful view of the lake. the free bicycle and motorcycle rentals added an extra layer of fun and convenience, making it a perfect place for families to explore the surrounding area.

i had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Rustic House in the heart of the island. the room was cozy and clean with a stunning view of the lake. the family owners were so welcoming, and their small dog was a delight. the free laundry and bicycles were convenient perks that added to the overall wonderful experience.

had an amazing stay at a cozy place in Cat Ba Island! The room was clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to help with tours and even led us to a recommended restaurant. Highly recommend this place!
