We had a fantastic 7-night stay at Saigon Amigo. Our main reason for choosing this hotel was its wheelchair accessibility, and we were delighted to find a lift in the lobby, unlike many other hotels in Vietnam. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room rate was reasonable, and the rooms, while basic, were clean and comfortable. The highlight of our experience was the interaction with all of the staff, who were always friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the great pool facilities and the hotel's central location, which allowed us to easily walk to nearby attractions.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower in the room was in good working condition. The hotel's location downtown was great, as it was close to the center. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English well, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do in the area.

The bathroom had a slight mold issue on the walls, which could have been cleaner. Furthermore, the room was quite small, much smaller than depicted in the photos online.

I had a wonderful stay at the conveniently located Saigon Amigo. the staff members were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They allowed me to check in early without any extra charge and even helped me find a cellphone charger. the room was cozy and had all the necessary facilities. the hotel was clean and quiet, despite being on a busy street.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made my stay so much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere. the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. I was impressed with how well-maintained and spotless everything was.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was a minor issue with the electric wiring in the room. When I turned off the main light, it started flashing on and off sporadically, which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep.

The front desk staff, Kevin and Tom, were absolutely awesome. They made sure everything was good and the rooms were just what we needed. the AC worked well and the water was good. Don't listen to the premadonnas in these reviews talking about no breakfast - there are plenty of awesome breakfast options nearby. the location in the city center was convenient with easy access to stores, restaurants, and transportation. the check-in and check-out process was smooth. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and daily cleaning service. the owner and staff were very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They provided great information and assistance. the coffee they sell was cheap and tasty. They also offered affordable tours. the hotel is in a great location, quiet at night, and felt secure. Looking forward to my next visit!
