Lovely countryside location, friendly staff, delicious food, and beautiful views. Off-road taxi ride adds to the experience.

The staff were fabulous, always going out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure a pleasant stay. The location is simply breathtaking, with amazing mountain views and a beautiful natural setting. The open infinity pool overlooking the mountains was one of the best features of the hotel, providing a wonderful relaxation spot.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a major letdown, with dirty and stained sheets and even a cockroach in our suite. The family room was also quite small and felt cramped for three people.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The warm welcome and free transfer from the train station were a great start. The location is exceptional, nestled among the hill tribes and offering stunning views. The rooms are private and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The food, mostly grown in the hotel's own gardens, was delicious and the Vietnamese filtered coffee was some of the best I've ever had. The absence of plastic and use of beautiful crockery added to the experience. The wifi was also strong, which was a plus.

The room was spacious and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We especially loved the BBQ dinner they organized for our group of seven. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with fresh ingredients sourced from nearby farms. The peaceful and quiet ambiance allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our romantic escape.

The road leading to the hotel was a bit bumpy and underdeveloped, which made the journey a little uncomfortable. Additionally, the pillows provided were too high for our liking, but the staff quickly solved this issue by providing us with extra towels for better support.

We had an amazing stay at this charming, cute and eco-friendly villa in the serene and peaceful Sapa valley. the staff, including Mr Quan, were enthusiastic, supportive, and went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. They were always there to assist us and make sure we were happy with everything. the rooms were spacious, spotless, and had beautiful balconies overlooking the breathtaking rice fields. the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, offering a good selection of local and western options. One of the biggest advantages was that hiking tours could be customized and started right from the hotel's doorstep.
