Great location. Comfortable bed. Limited use of facilities. Friendly staff. Restaurant serves "empanadas". Great facilities. Loved the room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Attentive staff. Multiple room issue. Inflexible rules. Can't plan breakfast before 2PM. Too much planning on holiday.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by a beautiful park that provides a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a particularly impressive bathroom and shower. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of food, and the facilities, such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi, are great additions to your stay.

One negative aspect worth mentioning is that the swimming pool and inside jacuzzi could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The facilities were exceptional and catered to all my luxurious needs. the room was divine, with exclusive amenities and a comfortable bed. the staff provided exceptional service, especially Karina at the front desk who went above and beyond to fulfill my requests.

The entrance to the Club House was poorly marked, making it difficult to find. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. the staff was always attentive and ready to help with anything that was needed. the location was great and the facilities were amazing, especially the bathroom.

there were many rules that made it hard to plan things in advance and caused some inconvenience during the holiday. Finally, there were extra taxes that were not publicised beforehand, making it hard for guests to budget accurately.

The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. The variety of options was impressive, and the food was of high quality. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. It was a great start to our day.
