Comfortable beds and decent showers after trekking. Pool and gym were a nice bonus since there isn't much else to do in Sapa. Beautiful views from the front rooms. Large and clean rooms with good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff and good for enjoying the landscapes and views.

The room at Sapa Highland Resort & Spa was modern, well-equipped, and really clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the great location, with a nice view from the hotel. The hotel had excellent wifi and allowed for early check-in, which was a bonus. The breakfast offered was very good, with a decent selection to choose from. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel's entrance, restaurant, and other areas were quite cold, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the swimming pool had a dangerously slippery floor, which made it a little unsafe.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast selection had something for everyone including healthy food options. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a beautiful bathroom. We were conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city on our business trip. Plus, the hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were clean and well-kept.

Some of the staff struggled to communicate in English, making it hard for us to ask questions and get help when needed. there was some noise from other guests in the hallways at night, which made it harder to sleep.

This place is located up on a hill, away from the noisy and dusty construction areas of the city center. The service here is exceptional - the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry. There are several dining options available, from a restaurant to a poolside snack bar. The leisure and wellness facilities here are top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa centre. The beautiful sun terrace and garden area are perfect for relaxation.

We loved the spacious rooms and great location near town, but still peaceful. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange a local tour guide. The family room was perfect for us with our two small kids.
