I had the most magical stay at Suarapura Resort & Spa. The view from my room overlooking the Tegalalang rice terraces was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptional. They catered to all my needs, from arranging activities to providing healthy meals. The owners were wonderful and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a serene and peaceful getaway.

One major downside was the long and bumpy road leading to the hotel, making it difficult to reach.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the location was perfect - secluded and surrounded by nature. the views were spectacular, with a beautiful background of jungle and rice terraces. the minimalistic yet classy room design was very pleasing to the eye, and it was also extremely spacious and clean. the menu at the restaurant had a lot of variety and the SPA massage was very relaxing.

The service was lacking at times. There was no assistance with our luggage when we left, and the reception closed early, making it difficult to get any help.
