The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing complimentary wine and fruit in the room. In the evening, they surprised me with a delicious coconut cake and fruit juice. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town but surprisingly quiet. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sa Pa and it was a great choice. The location was perfect, in a quiet street right in the center of town. After checking out, I went on a hike and the hotel was close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice view from the room. The hotel also offered great facilities, including an upgrade and an early check-in option.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable with amazing views. The staff helped us with tours and even packed baguettes for our train journey. They made us feel like family, organizing a dinner for all the guests on New Year's Eve. We highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

The hotel was decently equipped with a mini-fridge and provided complimentary water and fruits, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient- close to town, but not too noisy. It was also relatively clean. the best aspect was the friendly staff who were helpful in organizing tours and transfers.

The overall appearance of the hotel was quite tired and dated. the furnishings were old and the decor could use an update.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable with large beds and clean bathrooms. The location was fantastic with great restaurants within a 5 min walk and close to Sapa station. The hotel staff was knowledgeable about the local area and hiking. The hotel restaurant was delicious and good value. The hotel provided complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as sandwiches and snacks for our journey back to Hanoi.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to do an early check-in, which was really unexpected. The deluxe room I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the cloudy mountains right in the heart of the city. It was worth every penny!
