The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even went out of their way to fulfill our craving for tropical fruit. The variety of breakfast options, although limited, kept us satisfied and it never got boring. The different room types we stayed in were all superb, with the Queen and Junior suites being particularly impressive. The little extras in these rooms made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel was great, away from the touristy areas but still with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. It was also just a short 5-minute walk to the lake. We also enjoyed a fantastic massage at the place below the hotel.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. They even stored our luggage for us and sorted out a miscommunication with one of our tours. The breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel had a great vintage-style decor. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter and there were some fantastic local eateries nearby, including the famous egg coffee place.

It was also conveniently close to the lively bars, but far enough away to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel was just a short walk from the picturesque lake, offering beautiful views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty choices. Additionally, the hotel had a nice rooftop bar and a relaxing spa.

The hotel was undergoing some construction work, which caused a bit of noise disruption in the mornings.

The check-in process was seamless and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of Western, French, and Vietnamese options. The room was clean and well-appointed, with complimentary drinks, coffee, tea, and fruits. We even received special treats during the Lunar New Year holiday. The hotel also offered convenient airport transportation and the staff ensured everything was arranged smoothly. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and quality.

Room service and housekeeping are excellent and very attentive to our needs. The spa and wellness centre is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploration.
