During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the exceptional customer service and friendly staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even arranging a birthday cake for me. the pool and property were beautiful, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

While the location was quiet and transportation was cheap, there weren't many restaurants to choose from nearby. This was a downside as we had to travel further for meals.

We had a wonderful stay at Shining Riverside. The hotel is beautifully located, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely river view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The pool area and garden were a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the complimentary airport pick up. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The only minor issue was that the rooms were not soundproof, so we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, it didn't significantly affect our stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's located in a quiet area, just a short walk along the riverside to the old town. The staff were helpful in everything, and the hotel is situated right on the river, giving it a stunning view. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The bathroom was well-equipped, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing.

The balcony in the river view room was small and not suitable for sitting.

There were minimal gluten-free options available for breakfast and I would suggest they increase the number of bikes available for guests to use, as well as providing helmets for safety. However, these minor issues did not detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

Anniversary surprise with lovely room deco and cake. Top-notch boutique hotel with amazing deluxe and executive river view rooms. Cute garden and pool for peaceful relaxation. Stylish and well-decorated room, staff goes the extra mile to please guests.
