The food and service were excellent, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. The boat was filled with families and the views were amazing. The itinerary was well-paced, and the staff were great with kids. The rooms were comfortable and the food was really good.

I had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay on the Signature Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and professional, and the food choices were great. The views from the restaurant were also stunning. The staff on the boat were exceptional, always smiling and trying their best to make our experience special. The activities provided, such as Thai Chi, squid fishing, and cooking demonstrations, were fantastic. The small gestures, like celebrating anniversaries and displaying flags from different countries, made the experience even more memorable. I walked away feeling relaxed and grateful to have experienced the cruise.

Our stay on the cruise was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. The staff, especially Mr Chuong, Vinh, Tina, Liam. The room was beautiful and spacious, with breathtaking views of the bay and islands. The organized activities, such as Thai Chi on deck, squid fishing, and cooking demonstrations, were a lot of fun. We also appreciated the cruise taking us to less crowded areas and being the first group to visit the caves. The small gestures, like celebrating anniversaries and displaying flags for different countries, made us feel even more special. it was a relaxing and unforgettable experience that we highly recommend.

With private balconies, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the tranquil bay. The well-equipped day boat allows for kayaking and visits to interesting caves. The food choice and quality are excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

Some minor details such as the lack of extraction in the bathroom and an overcrowded cave excursion on day three could have been improved.

Great Location and Big Rooms. The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to local amenities. The rooms are big and spacious, offering a comfortable stay for guests. the hotel staff was hospitable and helpful throughout my stay, making it a memorable experience.

Pricey Beverages and Limited Amenities. the hotel lacked amenities that would have vastly improved my stay.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities. The spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massages that left us feeling rejuvenated. The spa lounge and treatment room were also top-notch. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks. The private facilities were also impressive, with outdoor dining areas and picnic tables to soak in the stunning views.

The only minor issue was the poor wifi connection, but honestly, we didn't mind being disconnected from the world for a little while.
