I recently stayed at a hotel in Haifa for a two-night event, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience I had. the hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and a lovely attention to detail in its design. The location was perfect for the event I attended on Wednesday night, and even though it was situated in an industrial area, the hotel itself was a beautiful oasis. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room were all in working order, including the TV and heating, which was a relief on those chilly evenings. The highlight of my stay was definitely the room with a jacuzzi and a patio, providing a touch of luxury and relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options, including refreshing fruit juices.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was superb.

Spent New Year’s Eve in a hotel with superb customer service and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options and the location is perfect! Only a few steps to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was enjoyable.

There were some issues with housekeeping. The room was not properly cleaned and there was a delay in getting it cleaned.

The hotel was perfectly located near IEC tower, with a modern and spacious room. The balcony was a nice addition, and the staff at reception were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, and there was a large shopping mall nearby.

We had a luxury stay at this boutique hotel and it fulfilled all our exclusive amenities requests. The sun terrace offers magnificent views of the city and the garden area is a serene spot for relaxation. The staff provided excellent service, including beauty treatments like waxing, manicure, facial, and pedicure. In addition, the in-room breakfast was exquisite and the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious drinks and packed lunches.

We only experienced one minor issue during our stay at this hotel. The private facilities were not easily accessible from our room, requiring a longer walk to reach them.
