We had an amazing time on the cruise, with the highlight being the day activities in Halong Bay. The spacious and comfortable rooms provided spectacular views of the islands during the day. The staff members were polite and knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and the movie options, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this cruise.

The excursion to the cave was not very impressive.

The water was polluted and smelly, which really detracted from the overall experience. the trip was quite expensive and some guests felt that they didn't get their money's worth.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel, which provided exclusive amenities including a Sauna, Jacuzzi, and a well-equipped Spa & wellness centre. The full body massages at the Treatment room were so relaxing. In-room breakfast service was prompt, with an extensive a la carte menu. The public Bath was another highlight that we enjoyed. The location advantages were also noteworthy, providing easy access to the nearby Snack bar and Picnic area/ Tables.

The one minor issue was the lack of options in the Special diet menus. We had requested for a vegan menu, but the options were extremely limited.
