As young people, we loved the amazing spa and facilities, especially the hot tub and sauna. The complimentary shuttle service to the main town of Sapa was also a big plus. The staff, including the friendly general manager Steve, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with tickets and transportation. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, which offered both local and international cuisine, including fresh and tasty Vietnamese salads. the indoor swimming pool was also a luxurious bonus, and our room had a breathtaking view of the mountains.

While overall we had an exceptional experience, there was a minor issue with the pool area, as there were no staff to manage it and provide guidance. It was easy enough to find towels ourselves, but it would have been nice to have a guide.
