What an amazing stay! The hotel's lobby was clean and the staff were super friendly. The room, although a bit small, was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. The lights and TV were conveniently controlled from one spot next to the bed. The wifi signal was strong and smooth, exceeding my expectations. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore in the Old Quarter. The price for the room and breakfast was acceptable. The breakfast itself had a variety of options and was always fresh and delicious. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, with dishes like the Banana Leaf Salad and seafood curry being mind-blowingly good. The staff were always cheerful, efficient, and welcoming, and the concierge even helped me book the perfect weekend cruise in Ha Long Bay. The hotel had faultless and fast WiFi, and the location was superb for sightseeing and enjoyable walks. my stay was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all my expectations.

Great location in the heart of the city and easy to explore. the hotel's two restaurants offer plenty of options for meals, both Western and Asian cuisine. the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of food. the hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, always eager to assist.

The walls seemed thin and noise from other rooms was noticeable at times. the room's temperature control wasn't working as well as expected, causing it to be too warm at times.

During my recent stay at Silk Path, my fiancé and I had a fantastic experience. One evening, we discovered that our taxi driver had overcharged us from the airport. Thankfully, the hotel staff came to our rescue. They immediately called the taxi company and made the driver return to the hotel to refund us the difference. This level of honesty and support from the staff truly impressed us.

All staff were accommodating, helpful, and ensured children were happy. Lovely modern, spacious room with balcony. Convenient location for exploring east and west of city. Beautiful bathroom with nice shower and big bath.

It is conveniently close to the central lake in the middle of the old quarter, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast spread offers a variety of delicious options, including both western and eastern dishes.

One of the rooms had an inside window, which made it quite dark.

The first thing we loved about this hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay memorable. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the best sites in the city, with Train Street, the lake, and the night market all within walking distance. our room was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor inconveniences. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of tourist groups, which sometimes made the common areas crowded, especially during breakfast and in the lifts during peak hours.
