we had a fantastic stay at Smile Home - Soho Residence - 500M Bui Vien. the apartment was clean, stylish, and modern, equipped with all necessary amenities. the location was convenient, close to street food vendors offering tasty local dishes at reasonable prices. the staff, especially Han, provided exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Han's assistance with local recommendations and arranging for a forgotten item to be sent to us was truly appreciated. Cons: completely flawless 😊.

From well-equipped pantry to powerful AC, everything was on point. We even got a late check-out and luggage storage. Can't wait to return!

This hotel is a gem in the bustling heart of the city! It's so close to everything that walking around was a breeze - you won't miss out on any of the major sights! the room service here is top-notch, and the staff are always ready to assist with a smile. the housekeeping team keeps everything sparkling clean, and the hot showers will leave you feeling refreshed. Plus, the hosts are incredibly accommodating - they even brought us fresh towels without us asking! It was such a relief to have our own space after being in hotels for so long. the cozy apartment was perfect for us, and we loved being able to relax on the sofa and unwind with some Netflix after a day of exploring the city.

If I had to nitpick, I’d say that the walls could be a tad thicker. Occasionally, we could hear the neighbors watching TV, but it was never for long and didn't bother us too much.

The vibrant atmosphere and kid-friendly activities kept our little ones entertained for hours. the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great to have more spacious family rooms.
