This hotel has an amazing location near everything you want to see. It's right by the old town and on the square of the theatre, making it easy to explore. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with fantastic amenities like a coffee machine and great towels. The staff are also very nice. The breakfast is truly delicious!

The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, as it ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite being right by the lift. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread! The hotel offers a wide selection of dishes to cater to all tastes, ensuring a great start to the day.

The friendly reception staff went above and beyond to assist guests with any needs they had, even offering free printing and scanning services. the complimentary birthday present provided a special touch to the guest experience.

One negative aspect is the lack of English language channels or subtitles on the television. the bar closes at 11pm, limiting options for a nightcap within the hotel.

I loved the view of the Main Theater from our balcony, it was truly magical. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The toiletries provided were of great quality. We enjoyed delicious food at the on-site restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and always happy to help, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the room was brand-new and extremely clean. The location is perfect, right in the centre with all transport links on the doorstep and restaurants close by. The AC in the room was very efficient and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay.

As young people, we loved the super clean and modern rooms with comfy beds and a nice TV. The hotel's location in the old center was perfect, with the metro nearby and the beautiful Piazza Nueva just a 2-minute walk away.

If you're looking for a central location that is close to the quaint streets of the old town, then this hotel is a perfect choice. the room was modern, spacious, and had a stunning view of the surrounding hills. I particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the clean, inviting dining area. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more comfortable.

The restaurant and bar lacked any real atmosphere, so we felt less inclined to eat or drink there. We also had to wait a while to check into our room, as there were not many staff on hand to assist with the check-in process.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the double bed in my room was actually a double and not two twins pushed together. It made for a comfortable and cozy night's sleep. Another great aspect was the perfect location of the hotel, making it easy to explore all parts of the city. Plus, the hotel had a fabulous rooftop bar with amazing views, adding to the overall experience.

The room was surprisingly small and felt a bit cramped, especially with two pieces of luggage. there was some mold around the edges of the sink in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.
