The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, making it enjoyable for family cooking. However, noise from the nearby karaoke bar affected our rest despite being on the 11th floor. Staff were responsive to our concerns about room placement.

The room layout I booked was misleading. it was advertised as having two bathrooms, but I found only 1.5, which was quite disappointing. The overall decor felt very dated and could use a serious upgrade, making it hard to ignore the age of the facilities. Additionally, I had to deal with an uncomfortable bed mattress that really affected my sleep during my stay.

The staff really went above and beyond! It felt great getting upgraded to a spacious apartment with a phenomenal city view. Bottled water was restocked daily, always a nice touch.

Noise from the street could be bothersome at nighttime. The decor felt a bit dated, and some areas could definitely use a thorough clean! Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.

The two-bedroom apartment was wicked spacious, like we had room to breathe. Pool's the biggest and deepest one we’ve seen. Staff were super nice, fixed our AC in no time. Oh, and the mini-mart downsta. wicked handy for snacks and stuff.

The shower setup was extremely outdated. it was a danger for anyone over 5 feet tall. Additionally, the main balcony was unusable, cluttered with AC condensers and dirty. I felt misled by the room description stating it had two bathrooms, but one of them was lacking a shower altogether.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer, which made our stay convenient. The living area was exceptionally large, allowing for family gatherings. While the pool was enjoyable, the sun chairs were uncomfortable, lacking cushioning. The location was perfect, with a mini-mart downstairs and various dining options within walking distance. Although the decor felt somewhat dated and the beds were a bit firm, the overall cleanliness and the good quality of breakfast made our visit quite pleasant.

Wi-Fi was reliable. 24-hour reception helped with late check-in. Breakfast was limited.

Good enough for a family stay

The place had a good swimming pool that was pretty quiet, we usually had it to ourselves. And the staff, they were really attentive, made me feel pretty comfortable, like they cared you know.

somerset is in a great location, just a short walk to many tourist spots in the central district. our two-bedroom executive apartment was spacious and perfect for our family. we loved the daily room service, which kept everything clean, and it was nice to have free bottled water available in the kitchen.

Spacious stay with a view!

We stayed one night in a studio, and while it was bright and big, the A/C was right above the bed, which made sleeping a bit funky. Breakfast was decent, but we had to wait for a table since it was packed. The mini-mart downstairs was clutch for late-night snacks!
