The staff, especially Lisa, went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful visit in Hanoi. The amenities were great, including WiFi, tea/coffee, and a welcome drink. The hotel also offers good WiFi connectivity, perfect for those who need to stay connected while traveling.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, just a short walk away from Hoan Kiem Lake. It's also very close to the stop of the Vietnam Airlines shuttle to the airport, making it easy to catch a flight. Additionally, the hotel is tucked away in a narrow alley, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment away from the noise of the main streets.

The breakfast options were limited and the availability window was quite short, ending at 9:20 am.

I had such a wonderful stay at Veris Boutique Hotel & Spa in the heart of the city. The staff, especially Jenny, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From helping us book tours, suggesting great places to eat, and even changing our room for a quieter one, their assistance was exceptional. The breakfast options were impressive, with a buffet and made-to-order dishes. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Old Town, and they even let us store our bags when we went to Halong Bay. I will definitely be back!

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location and easy access to attractions in the old quarter.
