The staff, especially Lisa, went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful visit in Hanoi. The amenities were great, including WiFi, tea/coffee, and a welcome drink. The staff goes above and beyond, providing excellent service and ensuring a hassle-free stay. The hotel also offers good WiFi connectivity, perfect for those who need to stay connected while traveling.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, just a short walk away from Hoan Kiem Lake. It's also very close to the stop of the Vietnam Airlines shuttle to the airport, making it easy to catch a flight. Additionally, the hotel is tucked away in a narrow alley, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment away from the noise of the main streets.

The breakfast options were limited and the availability window was quite short, ending at 9:20 am.

From helping us book tours, suggesting great places to eat, and even changing our room for a quieter one, their assistance was exceptional. the breakfast options were impressive, with a buffet and made-to-order dishes. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Old Town, and they even let us store our bags when we went to Halong Bay. I will definitely be back!

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location and easy access to attractions in the old quarter. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including local Vietnamese dishes. the hotel provided great value for money.
