As avid bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the lake and easy access to restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, and provided great dinner recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were excellent. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options. The hotel also had a small boutique feel, offering real value for money.

Our stay at Sunline Hotel was great! We got excellent value for our money with a comfortable and quiet room. The location was perfect, close to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The staff were amazing, especially Mr. Long who helped us book a fantastic trip to Lan Ha Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel breakfast could use more variety and options.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its location in the heart of the old town. It was situated on a quiet street but still close to restaurants, shops and the lake – it was perfect! The hotel room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The room was also soundproofed, so we had a peaceful night’s sleep. Added to that, the staff were friendly and helpful, responding to any request we made at the hotel's reception desk. We were really pleased with the service room service here – they did the best they could do for us during our stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the good location for Hoankiem and the clean rooms. The hotel managers were very kind and the breakfast, which included kimchi, was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having many good shops nearby, such as massage places, convenience stores, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. The street was not crowded, making it a perfect choice for Hanoi visitors. The reasonable price was another plus.

The linens had not been changed during our stay and we could tell that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. the bathroom had a leaky shower and we had to ask for additional toiletries as they were not replenished.

I recently stayed at the Sunline hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English, even the chef at the restaurant! They were always willing to socialize with the guests and make us feel welcome. One night, there was a smoking issue in the next room, and when I informed the hotel, they immediately arranged an air purifier to fix the problem. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Old Town, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful when our taxi from the airport was messed up and they even covered the costs. A special mention goes to Hoang Minh, who went above and beyond to track my lost luggage. He is a huge asset to the hotel and deserves a promotion. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
