Amazing water park with attentive lifeguards, clean and well-maintained facilities. Friendly hosts upgraded our room and arranged meals at the fantastic a-la-carte restaurant. The snorkeling off the hotel beach was mind-blowing, no need to book special tours. The check-in process was smooth and quick, with helpful and courteous staff. The restaurant had a good variety of tasty food with daily themes. The housekeeping was efficient and the staff were super friendly. The aqua park was an absolute blast with plenty of slides and attentive lifeguards. The animation team was well-organized and not pushy, the kids loved it. The gym was excellent and the coach, Mohamed Salah, was talented and gave great advice. The photo shooting session with Kherey and Mo Ibrahim was a highlight, they were professional and went above and beyond. our vacation was the best ever thanks to the wonderful staff.

The location is great, close to the beach and Naama Bay with its many restaurants and shops. Kids will love the aqua park and its various slides and pools. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from.

The WiFi is only available in the lobby and can be quite slow.

The aquapark was amazing, with plenty of slides and rides for all ages. Our kids loved it! The rooms and pools were also clean and well-maintained. In terms of food, there were some issues with empty dishes and limited variety, but overall it was decent. Despite some small drawbacks, we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were outstanding. We enjoyed relaxing at the spa centre, the sauna, and the steam room. the outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained with comfortable sun loungers available.

It was all superb.

The whole area where we stayed, from Gardens Aqua Park to the beach, was a delight. The attention to detail in everything, from the staff to the food, was remarkable. Naama Bay, the nearest tourist spot, was easily accessible and offered a great variety of activities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to all tastes. The aquapark and pools provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults.

The entertainment activities could use some improvement.
