I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal, with the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake just a short walk away. The staff at this place were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is quite new, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. I especially loved that they cooked eggs and omelettes to order. The free wifi worked flawlessly and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. I was extremely impressed with the comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

We had a fantastic time here! This place is located in a prime area, within walking distance to all the main attractions, and just a stone's throw away from the lake and Hanoi night market. The service is impeccable, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning readily available. We loved the clean and comfortable rooms with excellent amenities, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The rooftop pool was a highlight, as well as the spa center and heated swimming pool, perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

There are absolutely no complaints we have about this venue. In fact, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.
