The room had a big window with a great view. The staff was really helpful and accommodating, especially when we requested to change rooms. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my recent business trip, I had a great stay at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. the room was comfortable and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, making the check, in and check, out processes a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was key , it was conveniently situated near many local restaurants, convenient stores, and pubs.

One aspect that I wasn't completely satisfied with was the outdated room amenities. the shower and tub caulking in my room weren't done properly, causing water to seep through to the floor every time I took a shower.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right in the center of the city. It was not far from the city center, making it easy to explore the attractions nearby. Additionally, it was close to the airport, which was convenient for business travelers. The famous Ben Thanh market was also just a short distance away, allowing guests to easily experience the local culture.

The noise from adjacent construction that could be heard throughout the day.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with organizing transportation and providing useful information about the area. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby.

The air conditioning in my room was not working well on the second night, making it uncomfortably warm. the shower in the bathtub was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

We stayed at Calista Sai Gon for a total of 8 days, split into two separate stays. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with all the tourist attractions and delicious street food just a short walk away. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious, with fresh choices made to order. a fantastic experience at Calista Sai Gon.
