The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out processes a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was key - it was conveniently situated near many local restaurants, convenient stores, and pubs, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy the city during my free time.

One aspect that I wasn't completely satisfied with was the outdated room amenities. The shower and tub caulking in my room weren't done properly, causing water to seep through to the floor every time I took a shower.

We stayed at Calista Sai Gon for a total of 8 days, split into two separate stays. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with all the tourist attractions and delicious street food just a short walk away. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious, with fresh choices made to order. a fantastic experience at Calista Sai Gon.
