We absolutely loved the hotel’s prime location, just a short walk to bustling markets and amazing street food. The breakfast was a highlight, serving a delicious mix of local and Western options that kept us energized for our adventures. The staff were genuinely helpful, ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay more enjoyable!

The hotel's staff provided exceptional hospitality, making the check-in process seamless and enjoyable, especially with helpful team members like Kaka and Ryan who were friendly and spoke excellent English.

The room we received was not as described. the suite did not match the pictures posted online, and it was quite basic compared to our expectations.

My family and I were disappointed to find that the room was significantly smaller than advertised, making it uncomfortable for our needs. Additionally, the breakfast experience was underwhelming, as many items weren't replenished as we expected, especially when arriving close to the end of the service. To top it off, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dust in areas that should have been spotless.

For the price, an upgrade in cleanliness and maintenance is essential!!! Room soundproofing should also be improved to ensure a more restful stay!!! Stains on curtains and loose faucets are not what I expect!!!

Had a great time with friends at this hotel. Easy access to major attractions like the Mariamman Hindu temple and bustling markets. The staff were super friendly, and the rooftop breakfast had tasty options. Rooms were decent and clean. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
