The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. We also loved the pool, which offered stunning views of the ocean and was a perfect spot to relax.

One thing we found disappointing was the limited selection at breakfast, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The options were mainly focused on Asian cuisine and there were not many choices for those with dietary restrictions.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to many seafood restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views over the city and a comfortable sunbathing area.

The lack of clear directions to the pool was frustrating. the wifi was occasionally unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected.
