Spacious room with separate entrance hall and decent-sized bathroom. Japanese breakfasts were varied and satisfying. Limited English, but staff were supportive.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The Japanese dinner was absolutely incredible with exceptional presentation. The set menu was delicious and I was impressed by the variety of options. Additionally, the room was larger than expected, with a separate bathroom and an entrance hall. I found the Japanese breakfasts to be well presented, filling, and they offered some variation each morning. Even though English was limited, the staff were helpful and always tried their best to please.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The decorations were stunning and made me feel like I was part of a fairy tale wedding. the hotel was located in a central area that was close to plenty of good restaurants and useful stores. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi that made it easy to stay connected.

The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. They didn't seem interested in answering my basic questions about the hotel or the surrounding area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is close to various shops and amenities, allowing guests to have everything they need within reach.

The hotel lacks a lively atmosphere, and the English theme is not well-executed.
