fantastic stay in Ninh Binh at a great hotel with exceptional value for money, amazing staff, and a convenient location. The tour desk provided helpful information, the room had a relaxing balcony with a great view, and the pool area and breakfast were both enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was amazing, just a short distance away from the boats in Tam Coc and not far from Mua Cave. The room was spacious and clean, and I highly recommend getting a balcony room to enjoy the stunning limestone mountain views. The staff, especially Phuc at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Phuc gave great recommendations and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. it was a memorable experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is brand new and immaculately clean, both inside and out. The modern villa room we stayed in was well equipped, with luxurious amenities like robes and a smart TV. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options, and we enjoyed the beautiful pool view while dining. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with renting mopeds and even lending us bikes for free. They went above and beyond when my bike had a flat tire, promptly sending someone to help me. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the Tam Coc boat station, making it convenient for exploring the nearby tourist hotspot.

This hotel is ideally located in a beautiful area and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious with a small balcony and wonderful views of the mountains/lake. The staff gives great service and pays attention to detail. The breakfast is delicious with some complementary cookies.

Our stay at Tam Coc Holiday Hotel & Villa was more than perfect. We stayed in the villas for 2 nights and 3 days and had an excellent experience. The best part of our stay was Phoc, who welcomed us and made our stay unforgettable. He was extremely nice, showed us around, and even organized scooters for us. His English was superb, and he gave us a personalized map with all the details of what we could do. The room was clean, the structure was beautiful, and the staff were always smiling and nice. We loved going for a jog, having a swim, and enjoying the delicious breakfast. Phoc's professionalism and friendliness made us wish we could have stayed a whole week. We feel so blessed and thankful for our stay at Tam Coc Holiday Hotel & Villa.

I had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. The architecture and interior furnishings were remarkable, and the view of the swimming pool added to the pleasant experience. Despite being in a central location, the rooms were quiet and provided good privacy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and nice, taking the time to explain the beauty of the place and the delicious dishes. The cleanliness and modernity of the hotel, as well as the swimming pool, were also notable.

We got some nice welcome drinks and the staff were friendly. the location was good as it was within walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the pool was really relaxing and we enjoyed hanging out there. the breakfast was decent with a good variety of foods. Plus, we appreciated the free bike rental which made it easy to get around.

There were some maintenance issues that detracted from our experience. Specifically, the shower in our room leaked all over the floor making it unpleasant to use.

I had an amazing experience at Tam Coc Holiday Hotel & Villa! I stayed for one night before taking an overnight train, and the room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view. The amenities were great, and the staff, especially Phuc, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They stored our luggage, offered us a shower and a place to wait, and even booked us a taxi without us asking. Phuc treated us like old friends, always kind and helpful. He provided us with a map and itinerary and arranged for a private car for us to travel around in.
