I had the best stay at this guesthouse. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the crisp white sheets. The hotel facilities were great, with good WiFi and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, as it was centrally located and close to local places, the night market where we could eat even more Vietnamese specialties, and the Cai Rang market on the water. The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service and helping us with transportation and tour arrangements.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Mekong river and the promenade. the room was clean and the shower was great. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Ha, who made me feel like family. She was always there to help me and others with anything we needed. Ms. Ha even arranged a boat trip for me to explore the river delta and visit the gardens and plantations along the river. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome, including a refreshing fresh juice and a delicious fruit platter. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the tour around the floating markets and backwaters, which provided an authentic and enjoyable experience. I had the opportunity to take a tailor-made tour, which turned out to be one of the best parts of my trip to Indochina. What truly stood out was the exceptional assistance provided by Ms Ha herself. Even when I realized I had left my passport in another hotel and city at 10pm, she went above and beyond to help me, showcasing her kindness and courage. I truly felt at home, as Ms Ha took care of me like a mama.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious balconies on the top floor. The service was exceptional, with the owner going above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome. The guesthouse provided detailed information about the accommodation, and the owner even took guests on tours of the market and local eateries. The value for the stay was superb.

While the room was comfortable and clean, there were no additional utilities such as a kettle or fridge provided.

The guesthouse is also conveniently located near various restaurants and the Futa bus stop. The rooms are extremely clean and provide everything you need. Plus, you can't miss the amazing food tour experience during your stay.

Ms. Ha, our host, was incredibly welcoming and organized. She greeted us with delicious local bananas and iced tea, which was a perfect treat for the warm day. Ms. Ha accommodated our requests to see the floating markets in a unique way, arranging for an early morning boat ride with a local guide. She even woke up before us and prepared fruits and coffee for our sunrise adventure. We bought fresh fruits from the boat at the floating market and enjoyed cruising through the smaller channels. Our guide, Thang, was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions in excellent English. We had the unforgettable experience of fishing our own lunch at a local freshwater fish farm. it was a truly wonderful experience thanks to Ms. Ha's hospitality and flexibility.

I had a great value for my money at Thanh Ha Guesthouse. The rooms were basic but clean, and the location was central with lots of restaurants close by. The staff, especially Madame Ha, treated us with warmth and even invited us to join in on Karaoke, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
