My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, as it was close to the lake and the cable car, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was cozy with stunning mountain views, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and professional, providing top-notch service. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of pastries. The hotel also had a lovely pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The boot storage room during the winter season could use some improvement, as the boot heater did not always work and there were not enough boot prongs for all the guests.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a peaceful location. The room was small but cleverly organized with a desk and work corner by the window. The lap pool was perfect for my daily swims, and the sauna provided some much-needed relaxation. The friendly and helpful staff made my anniversary trip even more special. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the outdated communal areas and the limited breakfast options, I still had a great experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and attentive service.
