Cozy Inn Hotel Ho Chi Minh is indeed cozy, organized, and quiet. the location is nice, within walking distance to popular areas. the staff, especially Dhong, is friendly, helpful, and offers great recommendations for food and tours. A great place to stay with excellent service.

Room discrepancies, noise issue.

we had an incredible experience at cozy inn hotel. from the friendly staff to the convenient location near district 1, everything was top-notch. the beds were comfy, and the rooftop view was lovely. lin, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, even returning a lost wallet to us. with a laundromat nearby, complimentary toiletries, and free water provided, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience for us! the staff here, from the security guard to the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully after a long day of exploring the lively city. the location is excellent, being near popular landmarks and attractions, making it convenient for us to go sightseeing and experience the local culture.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. We noticed some cobwebs on the wall of our room, which could have been easily taken care of by the housekeeping staff.

the location was super convenient for exploring by motorbike and the nearby market for breakfast was jaw-dropping. the staff, especially Dhong, were AMAZING - always offering help and recommendations. the hotel was clean, cozy, and safe, making it a fantastic choice for a stay.
