we had an incredible experience at cozy inn hotel. from the friendly staff to the convenient location near district 1, everything was top-notch. the beds were comfy, and the rooftop view was lovely. lin, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, even returning a lost wallet to us. with a laundromat nearby, complimentary toiletries, and free water provided, this hotel truly felt like a home away from home.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience for us! the staff here, from the security guard to the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully after a long day of exploring the lively city. the location is excellent, being near popular landmarks and attractions, making it convenient for us to go sightseeing and experience the local culture.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor aspects that could be improved. We noticed some cobwebs on the wall of our room, which could have been easily taken care of by the housekeeping staff.
