Our recent stay at The Bell Inn was truly wonderful. The location in a charming Cotswold village added to the overall experience. The beautifully restored inn had excellent facilities, creating a lovely ambience. The food and drinks were top-notch, and the limited menu had something for everyone, including my vegetarian wife. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was superb and even included some of my favorite dishes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to return!

Although the heating wasn't quite adequate, we understand that it was particularly cold outside during our stay. Additionally, the carpet in our room was somewhat worn, and the mattress could have been better.

Rooms were well-designed and comfortable, with a homely feel. Traditional pub with character and inviting atmosphere. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location in a picturesque village. Food was excellent, with a good selection. Couldn't fault it.

The complimentary toiletries, including the 100-acre handwash, hand cream, and shampoo, were a lovely touch and smelled amazing. The wine selection was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

While the room was generally well-maintained, there were a few minor details in the bathroom that could have been addressed by the cleaning staff or management. Additionally, I encountered a slight issue with the shower as it lacked temperature control, resulting in water that was too hot to use.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the car parking was excellent. The ground floor room was pleasant and having a daily newspaper was a nice touch. The spacious bathroom with a lovely shower was also a highlight.

The hotel was in a lovely location near a historic Manor and a beautiful park. the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, making it difficult to choose just one. the bed was super comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep.

The bathroom was incredibly small, making it impossible to move around comfortably. We had to wait a long time for our dinner, and the atmosphere was quite frantic in the busy pub.

The room was comfortable, stylish, and seemed brand new. The bathroom was small but had everything needed, including a great shower and toiletries. We chose The Bell Inn for its dining reputation and it did not disappoint. The courtyard garden with a selection of local craft beers and ales, as well as well-known brands like Becks and Guinness, was the perfect spot to relax. The Welsh Rarebit starter was superb and the pizzas were fantastic. The comfortable bedroom and excellent toiletries added to the overall experience, and the friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

the perfect weekend getaway - comfy bed, delicious breakfast, and stunning decor. Bell Inn exceeded my previous stay in Lechlade with its charming atmosphere and luxurious amenities. A truly memorable experience.

Shower temperature control missing.

I stayed at this place recently and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location inside the pub added a unique touch to my stay. Being able to step downstairs and enjoy a drink or a meal made everything so convenient. The room itself had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus as I was able to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff at this venue were also very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Bell Inn is a charming country pub with fabulous food and a beautiful open fire. the room was cute and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom. the staff, although rushed off their feet, were mostly friendly. the breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was quieter. the log fire added to the cozy atmosphere. a consistently busy and buzzing pub with exceptional food and friendly service.
