cleanliness is top-notch - facilities are amazing. location is perfect for convenience. the hotel is in excellent condition with a good selection of kitchen appliances for extended stays. staff is super helpful - breakfast is delicious.

the apartment was in excellent condition, perfect for extended stays, with a good selection of kitchen appliances. the breakfast was delicious with a different menu daily, offering plenty of food options. the staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, very helpful, and friendly.

I always return for holiday to a familiar place with helpful staff. They found my lost necklace once. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, pool, restaurant, fitness center. I have no regrets.

enjoyed the spacious apartment with amazing views, great staff attitudes, and top-notch facilities at a prominent location in doi can street. breakfast variety was perfect for vegetarians. the gym and pool were a hit with our kids, open early till late! five residences truly exceeded expectations.

We were initially assigned a room with a view of a construction site, which was noisy and disrupted our stay. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and moved us to a room with a stunning view over Hanoi. The spacious and well-equipped apartment, along with the outstanding breakfast and excellent amenities such as the gym and pool, made our stay enjoyable. Despite the minor inconvenience, we highly recommend Five Residences for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent facilities: steam, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool. Kids loved the amenities. Vegetarian-friendly breakfast options. Staff was always smiley and cooperative. Apartment was in excellent condition. Well-equipped kitchen appliances. Good selection of TV channels. Great service throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Five Residences! The apartment was beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the city on foot and enjoy the local pho and street food. The pool and amenities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities were great! We enjoyed the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and indoor pool. the kids loved it! Vegetarian breakfast was taken care of really well. the hotel staff was always smiling and cooperative.

We had a problem with the hot water supply. It seemed to last only 10 mins at best.

Spacious 3-Br suite, great breakfast and service staff. Awesome Gym, Spa, and Pool amenities. Had the entire pool to ourselves. Convenient grocery store nearby and close to attractions like Lotte and Vincom Metropolis.
