I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Hanoi and I was blown away by the facilities. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all incredible. The gym was also one of the best I've seen in a hotel, with a wide range of equipment and plenty of space. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and shiny new. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Five Residences for anyone visiting Hanoi.

We were initially assigned a room with a view of a construction site, which was noisy and disrupted our stay. However, the staff quickly addressed the issue and moved us to a room with a stunning view over Hanoi. The spacious and well-equipped apartment, along with the outstanding breakfast and excellent amenities such as the gym and pool, made our stay enjoyable. Despite the minor inconvenience, we highly recommend Five Residences for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Five Residences! The apartment was beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the city on foot and enjoy the local pho and street food. The pool and amenities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities were great! We enjoyed the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and indoor pool. The kids loved it! Vegetarian breakfast was taken care of really well. The hotel staff was always smiling and cooperative.

We had a problem with the hot water supply. It seemed to last only 10 mins at best.

From the moment we arrived at this venue, we were greeted with exceptional service. The staff made sure that all of our luxurious needs were met with exclusive amenities like the fully-equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center that provided complete relaxation after a long day of exploring. The rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast served was delectable, and the location was a prime spot for viewing the stunning city.

During our stay here, there was a minor issue with the hot water supply in our room, which lasted for only a short time. We reported the problem to the front desk, but unfortunately, they were unable to solve the problem before we checked out.

Spacious 3-Br suite, great breakfast and service staff. Awesome Gym, Spa, and Pool amenities. Had the entire pool to ourselves. Convenient grocery store nearby and close to attractions like Lotte and Vincom Metropolis.
