Situated in an area with little street life for visitors, it provides a serene environment for relaxation. Although it may be hard to locate a convenience store around the surrounding area, the hotel offers great on-site facilities such as a lovely outdoor pool with a stunning lake view and a well-equipped gym. The rooms are comfortable, and some even come with unique features like a bathroom incorporated in the room with a bath in the middle.

While the hotel boasts excellent facilities and comfortable rooms, it seems that there have been some issues with customer service. One guest mentioned a disappointing breakfast experience, and another expressed dissatisfaction with the service at the sports center.

They also offered free drinks upon arrival and a complimentary shuttle service to the city center, which made transportation convenient. the room had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom, with all necessary amenities provided. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to many local attractions and shopping areas.

The breakfast was not very impressive, with limited options and average taste. the staff at the hotel were not very friendly or welcoming, which took away from the overall experience.
