We had an amazing experience at Spoon Hotel! the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They were incredibly helpful, acting as travel agents and arranging tours and transportation for us. the room was perfect, with separate shower and toilet facilities, comfortable beds, and a modern and clean style. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the old quarter, and we could easily walk to the train station. the breakfast provided was also top-notch, the best we had in Vietnam. we highly recommend Spoon Hotel for a short stay in Hanoi.

During our stay at Spoon Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service we received. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff, especially River, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. River not only provided us with a warm greeting but also took the time to send us personalized recommendations for things to do in and around Hanoi.

Location was good, close to the lake and attractions. Breakfast was included and it was good. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were initially given a room on a noisy street, but we asked for a different room and were given one at the back of the hotel which was quieter. the air conditioning in the room was not very strong, so it was quite warm at night.

The location of the hotel in the old quarter was perfect for easy access to both the cruise pickup and the main sightseeing attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service.

Located in the heart of the city, it is incredibly convenient to explore the major attractions such as the Han Kiem Lake and the old quarter streets. The hotel's staff is known for being extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with their sightseeing plans. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and satisfying.

The rooms can be quite small and may not offer much space for guests to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First, the location was fantastic - situated in a street where locals live, with great food places around and within easy walking distance to all the places I wanted to see in Hanoi. The service from the staff was impeccable - they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, the best I've experienced during my month-long backpacking trip around Vietnam. Lastly, the breakfast provided was not only plentiful and tasty, but also offered a great selection for the price of the room. this hotel provided excellent value for the money.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the helpful staff who guided us to nearby tourist spots and restaurants. They also arranged taxis and bike rentals, making it convenient for us to explore the area.
