the vancouver hotel truly exceeded our expectations, surpassing our previous stay in ninh binh. the staff were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience stress-free. the owner acted as a travel agent, organizing activities and even arranging transportation for us. highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a very good area. It is situated in Tam Coc town area, which is known for its stunning natural beauty and nearby attractions. The hotel is located in a big alley, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for guests. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service to guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and newly renovated facilities. The breakfast offered at the hotel is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices available. the hotel provides a great experience for guests.

While some rooms at the hotel may not have a window with a view, it didn't seem to be an issue for most guests as they didn't spend much time in their rooms and the hotel's location in a quiet area compensates for it.

I had an amazing stay at The Vancouver Hotel. Mr. Tuan, the host, went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. He helped me with everything from renting a scooter to recommending the best local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ninh Binh.

They helped me organize my day by renting a motorbike and providing a local guide to visit the nearby villages and rice fields. the clean and comfortable room gave me excellent rest after a long day. the hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to access various restaurants and dine-outs in the vicinity.

The hotel lacked the convenience of an elevator, posing problems for elderly or physically challenged guests. the hotel's breakfast area was not adequately marked, which caused confusion when I tried to find it.
