We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit all the top tourist spots within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The manager went above and beyond to assist us when we left our bag in a taxi, arranging transport back to the airport and ensuring that we retrieved our belongings. The customer service was truly exceptional.

The breakfast menu left much to be desired.

the staff was excellent, assisting with everything from luggage to arranging transportation. the rooms were stylish, with modern amenities and a clean bathroom. I particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the street, with lovely trees lining both sides. the manager went above and beyond, even personally guiding me to an ATM that accepted my foreign card. Their attention to detail and customer service were exceptional.
