I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and spacious rooms that provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The basic amenities were all present and in good condition. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing easy access to famous places like the Hochiminh Complex and Hanoi Citedal. Furthermore, being situated between Hoan Kiem Lake and West Lake was a major advantage.

All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine.

The staff at Tryst Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. From providing us with a guide to local food nearby, to accommodating our request for an early check-in, their hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and we even received a free upgrade to a suite room. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was decent and clean, with good furniture and amenities. The hotel's proximity to the historic center is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. the complimentary bottled water and tea were appreciated.

The customer service definitely left something to be desired. The receptionist was not friendly nor welcoming, never greeting us upon our arrival and not even standing up or smiling.
