The rooms at this hotel were nicely decorated and clean. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. the hotel also had a convenient location close to the beach and some local restaurants.

The staff didn't speak English well and weren't very helpful when we had issues with our credit card. the overall attitude of the staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel in Phan Thiet and our suite was absolutely amazing. The gigantic and spotlessly clean room had stunning views of the park, beach, and golf course. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the bar and room service meals were fresh and delicious. The pool area, although needing some more shade, was clean and inviting. We really enjoyed the free bicycles provided by the hotel and loved exploring the back streets of Phan Thiet. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
