The rooftop pool may not be suitable for those seeking a peaceful and quiet environment, as it can be noisy due to the street fumes.

The hotel had great breakfast options, with fresh fruits and a good selection of dishes. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on the local area. the location was convenient for exploring the sights around the city, with shops, food and drink options within walking distance. We also appreciated the complimentary transfer service to the airport or sightseeing areas.

The hotel was situated on a busy street, which could be a bit noisy depending on which side of the building you were staying on. the balcony was noisy and not really fit for relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at Uptown Hoi An Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Hoi An. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. We loved the breakfasts, they were absolutely delicious. The room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. We were also delighted to find that bicycles were provided for guests to use. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hoi An.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to good cheap restaurants on Tran Cao Van street, and just a short walk to the Old Town. The rooms with balconies offer a nice view over the city, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided is tasty and the hotel provides free bikes for guests to ride down to the beach.

Our stay at Uptown Hoi An Hotel & Spa was exceptional and highly recommended. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the center of town. The staff were amazing, friendly, and spoke excellent English. We enjoyed a tasty and filling breakfast each morning. The rooms were nice, with functioning air conditioning, a fan, and good wifi. We were even greeted with tea and fruit upon arrival and given a care package when we left. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality - we truly felt like part of their family.

The location of this hotel is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the old quarter, but still in a quiet area. It may not be right in the heart of the city or by the beach, but considering the value for money, it's more than good enough. Plus, there's a fantastic coffee shop, an excellent Japanese restaurant, and a vegetarian eatery all nearby. The rooms are super clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and daily housekeeping by friendly and happy maids. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and even Pho.

Everything was alright, no complaints.

They provided us with valuable information about tours and the city, even printing our flight tickets for us. They went above and beyond by offering us breakfast when we slept in late and even when we had to leave for the airport at 6 am. the location was great, within walking distance to all the attractions. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax. One of the highlights was being able to rent bikes for free, which allowed us to explore the city easily.

I recently stayed at Uptown Hotel in Hoi An for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond expectations, helping me with early check-in after a long journey. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who helped book tours and taxis. The rooftop pool was a great addition and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ellie on reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great, just a short walk from the historical center and close to a fantastic coffee shop, an excellent Japanese restaurant, and a vegetarian restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the breakfast and the rooftop swimming pool, were top-notch. The hotel also offers free bicycles, making it easy to explore the area.
