The room was huge and comfortable with a big bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with finding a great Ha Long Bay cruise. Checking in early and leaving luggage was no problem. Located in the city center on a quiet street, close to the airport transfer bus stop and railway station.

Nothing that I didn't like.

It was so convenient to be just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful lake and lively streets of the Old Quarter.
