This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident in the beautifully decorated rooms, some even with balconies overlooking the park. Located in the heart of the backpacker area, it's just a stone's throw away from all the bars and restaurants in District 1. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including air conditioning that doesn't face the bed. The highlight of the stay is the magnificent breakfast on Pham Ngu Lao St, truly a delicious start to the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Vien Dong. the location was great, just a short walk through the alley to Bui Vien street and right across the road from the bus terminus. the included breakfast between 6 and 9.30 was excellent, we couldn't fault it. the rooms were super clean and spacious, and we were impressed with the good bathroom, which had a bathtub and shower. the view from the front of the hotel overlooking the park was lovely. the staff were always helpful, professional, and kind, and the manager, Mr Nguyen, made us feel very welcome. superb value and we would definitely stay here again.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of the city, which was really convenient. the area had plenty of dining options, street food, and chilled cafes. the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. We were lucky enough to check-in early, and we were pleasantly surprised by the swift process. the hotel offered a great breakfast, with a wide selection of Western and Vietnamese dishes.

We were kept up one night by a loud noise coming from the audio systems of a car outside the hotel. It was challenging to fall asleep with all the sounds.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, right across from a beautiful park. It's a great base to explore all the attractions in the first district, and you can easily walk to Le Lay. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a variety of options. Some rooms even have a balcony, where you can enjoy the lovely smells of street food in the evening.

The restaurant in the hotel has an old-fashioned and not very cozy atmosphere for meals.

The breakfast at Vien Dong Hotel was absolutely magnificent. It felt like I was dining at a four-star hotel in the USA. The variety and quality of the food were superb, truly worth every penny. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day.
