my recent stay in hoi an exceeded expectations. the staff at the resort were exceptional, providing excellent support and assistance. the location was perfect, close to the old town but still quiet. the daily sight-seeing boat trip and afternoon snacks by the river were outstanding.

Great location and friendly staff. the breakfast had a lot of choices, and we enjoyed the tours. the rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely views.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and we had to complain a couple of times to get someone to fix it. the pool was too small for the number of people staying at the hotel.

We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable room, complete with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful resort area. The bathroom was well-equipped and exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond, helping us retrieve a lost personal item. The peaceful gardens and pool area provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The little extras like the street food tasting and free boat trip made our stay truly special. we highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent - very quiet and just a short walk to the old town. It was great for me, as it was so close to the old town, yet in a quiet area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with drinks, snacks, and activities. It was lovely to have them help me learn some of the local language. The service here was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The hotel also provided a shuttle service, which was convenient for exploring the area. The amenities in the rooms were excellent, including a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The hotel also had a beautiful spa and wellness center, with a sauna and swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. my stay here was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience.

We had a really lovely stay here. The hotel's location along the riverside provided us with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed spending time in the well-maintained garden area and the large infinity pool was a great place to relax. The staff, from the cleaners to the management, were very friendly and always provided excellent service. We appreciated the free boat trip and the delicious street food provided in the afternoon. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

You can't go wrong with this place. From the comfortable and clean rooms with good air conditioning to the lovely grounds and swimming pool, everything was perfect.
