The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. We were able to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and take part in various outdoor activities. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

One aspect that we were not fully satisfied with was the spa experience. Additionally, the thermal suite was not in the best condition, with some areas being unclean and the steam room not functioning properly.

We had a fantastic experience at this place. The location was perfect, tucked away in the mountains beside a beautiful stream and lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception to the spa to the restaurant. They made us feel so welcome and ensured that our every need was taken care of. The leisure spa and wellness center was a great way to relax and unwind, with amenities like a sauna, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant that served delicious meals and a bar/lounge area where we could enjoy a drink. this place provided a calming and enjoyable experience.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were lovely and clean, with a balcony that provided breathtaking views of the mountains. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering peace and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also enjoyed spending time at the spa, which was very relaxing and had stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. we were not informed that we needed to book breakfast and spa appointments in advance, which led to some inconvenience.

The service at this resort left much to be desired. The hotel seemed to be severely understaffed, which resulted in long wait times and poor customer service.

The location is beautifully remote, with no WiFi or cell coverage, allowing me to truly unwind. The lack of a TV in the room added to the tranquility. The area surrounding the resort is stunning, perfect for nature lovers. The free parking was a bonus. The customer service was top-notch, with a reception staff member going out of their way to book a surfing session for us. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a bunk bed and double bed. a great experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the Thermal Suite which was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast options were delicious and had a great variety. The location of the hotel provided a superb view of the mountains, which would be even more breathtaking in better weather. It's also a great location for scenic purposes or for attending a walking festival.

We had a fantastic stay at Delphi Resort, enjoying the beautiful surroundings in the mountains. The location by the stream and lake was tranquil and picturesque. The furnishings were cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite visiting in November, the hotel was well heated. The on-site coffee shop and gift shop were excellent additions. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, and the waiting staff were friendly and genuine. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and are already looking forward to returning.
